Ken was awesome and is a very kind guy. He helped with all my questions and made us feel very welcome! The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. This property was a perfect fit for our family of 6. Plus two more Audts. So family of 9. Had Plenty towels, bars soaps in the bathrooms, extra blankets, sheets, fold out cot, playpen, cleaning supplies for cleans ups, sliver wear & etc, plates, coffee cups,coffee pot, grill. Pool was Awesome & the Hot tub was Perfect for all us! Plenty room inside & out! The garage was a big plus set up as a game room! Perfect for our older two. Will definitely STAY at this property or the other 5 bedroom Ken has!? Ken was also VERY Nice!! We met Ken twice during our. One was to check in to see if we was OK after setting the house alarm off. Whoops ???? and the police came. Hahaha Longgg Day at Disney with 5 Kiddos. Hahaha Felt SAFE! Just like at HOMEEEEE! ?

Property was in a great location and clean. Only a short drive to all restaurants, shopping, and parks. The only down side would be that the back yard was not fully fenced as described and not all of the games in the game room worked during our stay. Other then those few non deal breakers this house was a great find for the price. We will definitely be staying again on our next trip to Orlando.

The house was amazing. Location was great for everything you could want. 5 minutes to Disney front gate and about 20 minutes to Universal. Numerous nearby restaurants and stores like Target and Wal-Mart. Inside the house was great. Large, comfortable furniture and beds. Heated pool and hot tub were both great after a day at the parks. We had a small issue with the recently installed security system, but Ken was on top of it and out to fix it the next day. We were the first renters since it was installed so I'm sure it's up and running smooth now. My wife and I will certainly look for this house again for future Disney trips. Everything exceeded expectations. A++

Everything was as described, if not better! We stayed for a month during covid-19 and the property was very well equipped, there were ample things to do inside the house and we barely went out. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Orlando or looking for a homeaway during the pandemic. Thank you Ken!
