Rented this property throughout august and had a fantastic experience. Excellent villa in an excellent location. Booking was easy and Ken was extremely helpful and accommodating. On arrival, entering the property via key code was easy and hassle free. On arrival we discovered that one section of the pool screen was missing. We contacted Ken and he informed us that a storm the day prior to our arrival had damaged it, but that the new screen was ordered and would be fitted asap. It was then fixed around 48 hours later so barely affected us at all. The property was clean and tidy, the beds were all very comfortable and the kitchen was fairly well equipped. The noise from the highway out back could be heard from inside the property but wasn’t loud enough to disturb sleep. Outside it was louder but did not bother us at all. Our children enjoyed the game room a lot and the pool and hot tub were enjoyed by everyone. The heated hot tub was wonderful in the evening! Both the pool and hot tub could use resurfacing as there are some worn patches that have left rough edges, but nothing that caused problems. We will definitely be returning to this property and would highly recommend a stay here.

Schöne Lage, das Haus hält was es versprochen hat. Nicht weit weg von den Disney parks. Zimmer sind super eingerichtet. Pool sauber. Würde ich weiterempfehlen.

ótima casa de 4 quartos no condomínio Indian Creek, MUITO PERTO DA DISNEY. Fácil acesso e você chega nos parque sda Dysney em menos de 15 minutos. Condomínio tranquilo e com comércio próximo (de carro). A casa é ampla, bem mantida, com roupas de cama boas, uma ótima lavadora, secadora boa, cozinha completamente equipada. Ótima piscina e hot tube (dá para usar mesmo no inverno, pois são aquecidos. A garagem é uma sala de jogos, com sinuca e um fliperama arcade. O proprietário deixa um estoque de toalhas bem grande, para sua conveniência. Móveis bem mantido. Encontramos a casa limpa ao chegar. Houve um imprevisto no dia da saída: reservei a casa com 4 meses de antecedência, solicitando late checkout para 4:00pm e foi aceito pelo proprietário, porém no dia da saída a equipe de limpeza chegou as 11am pedindo que saíssemos para eles limparem ,pois o checkout era às 11am. Liguei para o Sr. Ken, que ficou preocupado pois iria receber novos inquilinos no dia e teria que ter a casa limpa, porém nós nos programamos para sair as 4pm. Ele se prontificou a vir imediatamaente conversar conosco. Chegou em 15 minutos e conseguimos chegar a um acordo de sair as 3pm, ajudando-o deixando toalhas lavadas (foi só colocar na lavadora e na secadora). Apesar do imprevisto (creio que ele se esqueceu que havia dado OK para o late checkout), recomendo muito alugar esta casa. Se voltar a Orlando definitivamente voltarei a esta casa.
