We arrived and had no problem entering the property. Ken was very responsive with a issue we had and helped us resolve that day. The house was clean and the kichen well stocked with all kitcheny things we needed while we were there. The pool and hot tub was clean/warm and well loved by all. The game room was a hit with the husband and the kids. The "welcome home" binder had all the property info regarding wifi and garbage pickups in it. Will try to stay here again if we come back to the area.

House was very comfortable and so close to parks and needed essentials. Made for very easy travel back and forth and no hassles with gates at night.

Rental of property was fairly easy. There was one minor issue with the security/ alarm code upon first arrival. Property manager responded when needed. The property was clean, quaint and enjoyable.

This is a very nice and cleanly kept property! Communications with Ken (the owner) was ALWAYS good and timely. I even called him to thank him after checking out! Location of home is good, but remember traffic ALL OVER ORLANDO AREA IS VERY HEAVY unless you know the “backroads”. Get a local map (paper), or rely on your phone????. Definitely will book again next visit if available!!!

House was in a quiet neighborhood close to Disney, no backed up security gate at the end of the night like other neighborhoods. Gave us plenty of space to spread out and enjoy our trip. Ken was very helpful and responsive.

So glad I chose this property! We brought my 86 year old mother-in-law to Florida to see her brother and sister in law whom she had not seen in over 5 years. The reunion was heartwarming and they high point was that the property made it so easy to get around since it was one level, the beds were very comfortable, tvs in every room so she was able to watch her own separate programs at night. We all loved sitting by the pool in the evening. I personally loved the fact that the adventure parks were so close, Walmart and a variety of restaurants were all within minutes of the house. Ken is an awesome host and keeps the property up very nicely. I have been looking for a rental property that checks all the boxes for my family vacation and this is it! Great time had by all!

This home was perfect for my family of 4 on our recent trip to Disney (it could have held many more people too)! We had a lot of activities planned throughout the week, and canceled pretty much everything except our park tickets in favor of lounging at the pool. The property is private, close to everything, CLEAN, and very well maintained. We have been to the area a lot of times and this is easily the nicest rental with the most convenient location to the park that we’ve experienced. We would give it 10 stars if we could!! :)

Such a nice getaway and perfect house for a family! Close to parks, food store, and places to eat. Very clean!!

We had a great stay at this property for our Disney trip with 2 adults, 3 teenagers, and 2 kids. Everything was very clean upon arrival. When I had a question about the Wifi, the owner was quick to pick up the phone and help us. One update I would recommend is the shower knob in the kids' bathroom. It seems you can use cold water or hot water, but there's no way to turn them both on at the same time for warm water. There are two other bathrooms (with tubs) in the house, so it was not too big a deal. Overall, I can recommend this place and we would stay here again.

The home is well furnished, comfortable furniture, new appliances, convenient location to Disney, stores, restaurants (loved J Crabhouse, Kissimmee), great pool and hot tub and the game room. Has everything we needed. Check in very easy. All towels, bedding and dishes are provided. Even the tap water was perfect for drinking. This home exceeded expectations.
